Get to Know Us
The student chapter of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) at Central Michigan University functions as a platform that unites both undergraduate and graduate students who have an interest in environmental science and water resources engineering. Its primary purpose is to support their educational and career growth. To achieve this objective, the EWRI chapter at CMU arranges educational and social events to enhance understanding of the behavior and significance of global water resources. Our CMU student chapter aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and create chances for students to engage with academic and industry engineers, facilitating valuable interactions. Our goal is to instill a sense of professionalism in students while also promoting awareness of cutting-edge sustainable practices for safeguarding our water ecosystems.
